At Teefit80s, we want you to love every order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the conditions below.
Return & Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be shipped within 7 days after the return authorization is approved.
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unstained
- Free of perfume or odors
- All original tags and packaging must still be attached.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be rejected.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions
Our customer service team will reply within 1–2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Return address
- Return instructions
⚠️ Please do NOT send items back without contacting us first.
Step 3 — Ship Your Return
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
- Please send us the return tracking number once the package has been shipped.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

That address is not our return facility and may delay or void your refund process.
Order Cancellation
1. All items will be sent into production 24 hours after we receive payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 20% material and processing fee.
Personalized, printed, or special orders are generally not eligible for cancellation once production has begun, so please review your order details carefully before submitting.2. If you insist on canceling a customized order, a 50% customization and material processing fee will apply.

Important Notes Before Returning
1. Delivery Issues
Please monitor your email and phone after placing an order.
If delivery fails or the package requires pickup, the courier may contact you.
Packages held by the courier are usually kept for 7 days before being destroyed or returned.Teefit80s is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
- No customer response
- Incorrect shipping information
- Failure to collect the parcel on time
2. Missing Package
If you have not received your package within 20 business days after shipment, please contact:

3. Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country.
Please note:
- Express shipping orders may occasionally incur customs charges.
- Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes required by their country.
If customs charges are refused and the package is destroyed or abandoned by customs, Teefit80s will not be responsible for refunding the order.
